We may collect account details, email address, name, destination, selected eSIM plan, order records, payment status, activation details, support messages, device model, and usage information provided by upstream connectivity providers.
How we use information
- Process orders and deliver eSIM activation details.

Service providers
We share necessary information with payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, and eSIM fulfillment partners such as eSIM Access. We do not sell personal information.
Payment data
Payments are handled by approved payment providers. aervo does not store full card numbers. We may store transaction IDs, payment status, billing email, amount, currency, and refund records.
Retention and security
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
