You may request a refund if payment was taken but the eSIM profile was not generated, delivered, activated, or consumed. Duplicate charges and obvious billing errors are also eligible for review.

You may request a refund if payment was taken but the eSIM profile was not generated, delivered, activated, or consumed. Duplicate charges and obvious billing errors are also eligible for review.
If an eSIM cannot be installed or used because of a verified service fault, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement, store credit, or a refund. We may ask for screenshots, device model, destination, and carrier lock status.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card network processing times may vary. Payment provider fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
