Checkout is processed by our payment provider after merchant approval. We do not store full card details.
Receive your eSIM
After successful payment, your plan is provisioned through eSIM Access and delivered as a QR code or activation details.

Do I need an unlocked phone?
Yes. Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Locked phones may reject travel eSIM installation.
Can I call or text with aervo?
aervo plans are data-only unless a plan explicitly says voice or SMS is included. Most customers use internet calling apps.
When does validity start?
Plan validity usually starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, but some provider plans may start on installation.
Can I get a refund?
Unused orders may be refundable before profile generation. Activated or consumed eSIMs are generally non-refundable except for verified service faults.
